Biography
Darren Thompson (Ojibwe/Tohono O’odham) is a Native American flute player and educator from the Lac du Flambeau Ojibwe Reservation in Northern Wisconsin. He has performed at the most prestigious American Indian cultural institutions and organizations in the United States sharing his music, journey and culture. His second album, "Between Earth and Sky", has earned Darren a Native American Music Award Nomination for Flutist of the Year in 2016, Wisconsin Public Radio's "album of the week" and a #2 spot on the world music chart in London, England.
